Yakety Yak is a 4wd vertical spinner built by Mitchell Sullivan of Team Stamina Robotics. It features a 250g spinning drisk that can spin at around 27,000rpm. The robot has historically failed to drive, losing matches due to it's low ground clearance. Upgrades for the future include brushless drive, an updated all-UHMW frame and g-10 garolite top and bottom.
The name of the robot is based off of the Coasters' song 'Yakety Yak', following Mitchell's theme of naming robots after cheesy 50's songs.
