Max Morningstar

Max Morningstar is a member of team Roboctopi, and is a builder and primary driver for the beetleweight robots Deep Cut, Jot, Lemon Vinaigrette, and Actual Size, the antweight robot Low Expectations, and the plantweight robot Four Beet Salad.
A FIRST alumnus, Max competed for two years with FLL team 7800 the Dueling Dragons, on which he served as team president, and for four years with FRC team 4918 the Roboctopi, on which he served as robot operator, lead programmer, and captain. From 2022 to 2025, Max supported the Roboctopi as a mentor. Max now competes under the Roboctopi banner, having formerly competed with TRC from 2023 to 2025.
Max is the older brother of roboteer Olivia Morningstar.
