James Geffner is a student at Chaminade High School and is the co-captain of Team Stamina Robot Combat. He competes with Voltage in the 3lb beetleweight divison, Void in the 1lb antweight division, and Afterimage in the 250lb heavyweight division which will soon be on Battlebots. He uses Void as the minibot for Voltage and Power Surge II. Voltage has the heaviest beater bar in the whole 3lb division across the US! He calls it “Big Boi” and it is a custom asymmetrical 4130 steel beater bar. Voltage v1 competed at March and Voltage v1.1 competed September 2022 with it being 50% custom and 50% kit, and only a few upgrades from Voltage v1. Voltage X competed at November 2022 with it being 80% custom and 20% kit and it having the same physical structure but new electronic structure. For the past year, he has been working on Voltage v2 which is 100% custom and fixes every issue that the OG Voltage and Voltage X ever had. Every dimension, every electronic, and every material has been changed or upgraded. Voltage will compete at June 2023 with Voltage v1.2 who only has a few upgrades from Voltage X and Voltage v1: while the major change (pretty much a whole new bot) will compete late 2023.
